Large drinking pond hide

Large drinking pond hide

Large drinking pond hide

The newest hide, still developing its capacity.

It is built in one of the largest forest massifs along the Maritsa River near Dimitrovgrad. It is spacious and comfortably accommodates 3 photographers, has a large comfortable bed and insulation for cold winter days. A large pool of water has been installed in front of the hide, which is on the border between a forest and a meadow and attracts a variety of birds and mammals, some of which are regular visitors, while others appear less frequently.

Photography is done through embrasures with sleeves, from which the lenses are pushed out, and observation is through a large panoramic glass, as well as two smaller side ones.

Recommended lenses:

Zoom lenses such as 200-400mm, 150-400mm, 150-500mm, 200-600mm - because you can have a small bird and the next moment a buzzard or a raptor, so zoom lenses are extremely convenient.

Prime lenses from the 300,400,500mm range (1.4 and 2x converters to those are also useful).

The hide is equipped with metal bases on which the photo heads can be mounted, so there is no need for bringing tripods.
